We arrange a mutually convenient time for our driver to collect your furniture.
Our driver will bring metal samples showing the 16 different colours from which you can choose the colour for your refurbished furniture.
Once we have your furniture back in our factory, we start our restoration process. We put your furniture through our purpose designed factory where firstly it is blasted with manganese shot. This removes all the old paint and a few microns of the metal in order to create a physical base for the new finish. We then weld any cracks and breaks before starting the recoating process. All the paint we use is architectural polyester powder applied using electrostatic application and then baked in one of our very large ovens at a high temperature.
We firmly believe that this process creates a better finish for your furniture than was originally applied. We then install new plastic feet and your new, renovated furniture is ready to be returned to you.
